Other popular sites in the Adjara region included the Botanical Garden and Gonio Fortress. Kazbegi and Mtskheta also recorded high visitor numbers, with increases of 16% and 10%, respectively. Overall, Georgia is proving to be an increasingly popular tourist destination.
